The Person in Front of You is more than a campaign—it’s a call to action. This county-wide effort unites voices for housing and hope, sending a bold message that everyone should have a safe and affordable place to call home, and the opportunity to thrive.
Launched as part of our annual Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week, the campaign brings partners and community members together to raise awareness and inspire action for lasting housing solutions in Orange County.

Community Aerial Photo Event
Update (November 13, 2025): Due to weather, we have rescheduled this event to a new date, Saturday, December 13, 2025.
Join hundreds of local residents on December 13 in Irvine to create a visual declaration by taking part in an striking aerial photo centered on housing and hunger. Together, we will raise awareness and inspire action for lasting solutions in our community.
You’ll also have the opportunity to receive a limited-edition campaign t-shirt created by renowned local designer Trevor Girard.
Due to November CalFresh (food stamps) benefit delays, many families are facing increased hunger and housing instability. In response, this event will include a community food drive led by OC Food Bank. Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to support local neighbors.
