This workshop will provide rental property managers and owners with in-depth information about our WelcomeHomeOC program

WelcomeHomeOC is a unique landlord incentive program that was developed in partnership with the public and private sectors to bridge the gap between housing choice voucher holders who are experiencing homelessness and available market rate rentals looking for reliable tenants.

This workshop will cover the many benefits and advantages for properties that join the WelcomeHomeOC Property Network, explain the process for working with the Public Housing Authority to accept a voucher holder, and highlight the financial benefits of a housing-first approach to ending homelessness for both rental businesses and our community at-large.

While specifically designed for potential property partners, general community members looking for additional information about WelcomeHomeOC are welcome to attend the workshop as well.

The WelcomeHomeOC workshop is also available as a private presentation to civic organizations, political groups, housing activists, realtor and property manager associations or groups, local governments, or any other organizations with an interest in the RIGHT choice to end homelessness in Orange County and the BEST choice for a financially stable rental property.
